1. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of product delivery, without providing any reason, in compliance with the conditions indicated below.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate it within 14 days of delivery by sending an explicit communication via email to the following address:
The communication must include:
- the customer’s first and last name
- order number
- purchase date
3. Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
The right of withdrawal is valid only if the returned product meets all the following conditions:
- the product must not have been opened
- the packaging must be intact
- the product must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal notification
4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
- sealed food products that have been opened after delivery
- products that, for hygienic or health protection reasons, cannot be returned once opened
5. Return Costs
The return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer.
6. Refund
In the event of a validly exercised withdrawal, the refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
The refund covers only the product price.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise indicated by law.
7. Return Address
The return address will be communicated to the customer in response to the withdrawal request sent via email.
