2. Subject of the Contract
These General Conditions govern the sale of products marketed on the enjoil.it website, conducted remotely via telematic network, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
3. Products
The products sold on the site are functional beverages intended for food consumption.
The information and descriptions on the site are for informational purposes. The product is made by third parties and distributed by Farmech Società Agricola S.r.l.
4. Prices
All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Any shipping costs are clearly indicated before order confirmation.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, provided that the customer will be charged the price indicated at the time of the order.
5. Purchase Methods
The customer can purchase products by following the procedure indicated on the site.
The sales contract is considered concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation sent via email.

Payment is required at the time of order submission.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made exclusively within Italian territory.
The indicative delivery times are 3–5 working days, except for force majeure or delays attributable to the courier.
The seller is not responsible for any delays not directly dependent on their organization.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery only if the product is intact, unopened, and unused.
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed food products that have been opened after delivery, for hygiene and health protection reasons.
9. Returns and Refunds
In the case of a valid withdrawal, the customer must return the intact product within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
The return costs are borne by the customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
10. Limitation of Liability
The seller is not responsible for any damages resulting from:
- improper use of the product;
- use not in accordance with the instructions on the site or label;
- subjective or individual reactions to the product.
11. Force Majeure
The seller will not be liable for total or partial non-fulfillment of their obligations if such non-fulfillment is caused by force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the consumer’s court will have jurisdiction, in accordance with current legislation.
