Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to Articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206\/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within <strong>14 days from the date of product delivery<\/strong>, without providing any reason, <strong>in compliance with the conditions indicated below<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate it within 14 days of delivery by sending an explicit communication via email to the following address:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udce7 <strong><a>info@enjoil.it<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The communication must include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the customer&#8217;s first and last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>purchase date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Conditions for Acceptance of Returns<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right of withdrawal is valid <strong>only<\/strong> if the returned product meets <strong>all<\/strong> the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the product <strong>must not have been opened<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the packaging must be <strong>intact<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the product must be returned <strong>within 14 days<\/strong> from the withdrawal notification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, <strong>the right of withdrawal is excluded<\/strong> in the following cases: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sealed food products that have been <strong>opened after delivery<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products that, for hygienic or health protection reasons, cannot be returned once opened<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Return Costs<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refund<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a validly exercised withdrawal, the refund will be made <strong>within 14 days of receiving the returned product<\/strong>, using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund covers only the product price.<br\/>Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise indicated by law.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
